19 years ago today, on 28 May 2001, WWF held RAW IS WAR from the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta. In the main event, Stone Cold Steve Austin defeated Chris Benoit to retain the WWF Championship via "submission" in a finish that echoed the Montreal Screwjob over three years earlier.

19 years ago today, on 21 May 2001, WWF held RAW IS WAR from the San Jose Arena in San Jose, California. In the main event, the Two-Man Power Trip (Triple H and Steve Austin) dropped their WWF Tag Team Championships to Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho.
This match was notable due to both the title change and the career-theatening injury that Triple H sustained during the bout, when he misstepped and suffered a tear in his left quadricep muscle. Although he was able to continue and finish the match, even taking the Walls of Jericho on the announce table, the injury would keep him out of action until the following January.
We've worked hard to fill the game with references that wrestling fans will get a kick out of, so lots of the residents of Brass Town are inspired by legends both past and present.
Sunshine, Harvey, Slither, Shyna and Chico can be found propping up the bar at the Inn every evening. Build your friendship with them to unlock exclusive cut scenes and prizes!

25 years ago today, on 14 May 1995, WWF held their first ever In Your House PPV from Syracuse, New York. These events were typically aired in the months that WWF was not holding one of its major pay-per-views, and this particular show was the first in a series of 27.
Notable matches on the card included Bret Hart vs. Jerry Lawler and The Smoking Gunns vs. Owen Hart and Yokozuna, in which the latter retained the WWF Tag Team Championship. The main event match was Diesel vs. Sycho Sid for the WWF Championship, in which Diesel would retain due to disqualification.
The event also inspired the computer game WWF in Your House. It was released for the Playstation and Sega Saturn in 1996 and unusually, was more comparable to a fighting game than your typical wrestling game. Check out the video below for a dose of nostalgia!
In Your House was eventually axed in 1999 to allow the company to install permanent branding to each of their monthly pay-per-views, however, just yesterday WWE announced that they will revive the event for their NXT brand, which will be aired next month on 7 June.
